What a privilege Joanne Shetler had to be taken under the wing of a man whom she learned to call her "Balangao Daddy", a man practically 1/2 her size but who finally grew to know she hadn't come to learn his language to sell in America, but to show him and his people that Jesus co-created them (Colossians 3:16) and died to free them from bondage to the spirits as she translated the New Testament into their language.
